777zk's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to a Terms violation, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the most recent approved payment method on file.
Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting 777zk support. Voluntary Account closure does not affect any pending withdrawal requests, which will be processed in the normal course.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and 777zk, the Player should first contact 777zk support to seek an informal resolution. 777zk will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with 777zk's resolution of a complaint may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
